HCL Cleantech

We helped this Israeli startup, which developed patented processes to convert wood waste into xylose, overcome challenges of working with billion-dollar biotech companies that typically avoid startups. By aligning HCL Cleantech with Cheil Jedang (a South Korean firm with complementary processes) and securing support from the Malaysian government, we enabled a multi-million-dollar joint venture. This positioned HCL Cleantech for its successful acquisition by a global biochemical leader.
